Common questions
Frequently asked questions
Is there a cost to access your programs?
Most of our community programs are free or low-cost. We believe financial barriers should never prevent someone from getting support. Contact us to discuss your situation.
Do I need to be in active recovery to join?
No. We welcome people at every stage — whether you are considering recovery, actively working on it, or supporting a loved one. There is no prerequisite.
Are your programs confidential?
Yes. We follow strict confidentiality guidelines. What is shared in our groups stays in our groups, and your participation is never disclosed without your consent.
How do I get started?
Reach out through our contact page or call us directly. We will have a brief, no-pressure conversation to understand your needs and point you toward the right program.
